My booking it should be triple for 3 single bedding configurations. However on our first day of arrival the hostel staff given me one single room and one twin room instead. To our surprise, the room are smaller and uncomfortable especially the single room space and toilet space. Due to the fan allocation on the wall located inside the room is too near to the beds which make us sick the next day. Come to second day, we managed and happily to received our triple bedding room. The room is small without much space for our 3 middles size trolley luggage that required us to pack on our bed. Come to night we unable to sleep well at night, due to our building noise level was too high sound like party happening that can go through our room wall. Scary!!! Overall, I do not recommend for long stay or honeymooner. I do enjoy the services by hostel staff which all of them are Indian. And the safety of my stay in this hostel, despaired the whole building even though all area come with cctv. = =”

It is a dreadfull place. It is so tiny, my dog has a bigger kennel than this room, the location is dreadfull, the building is filthy dirty filled with very dubious types, the elvators are tiny and slow. The room is the smallest I aver stayed in. The bed is narrow only 60cm, the mattress thin and hard, The tv did not work, the INternet signal is week, there is no toilet paper, there is no table, no glass for drinking, no seat so cannot sit and work at laptop. It is the worst Hotel I ever stayed in and it is very expensive.

location is the only good consideration...
the worst thing is long waiting time for elevator...the other thing that you should know is about the room sizes, it is really different from what you see on internet...oooooh and if you just open the windows that facing a very disgusting duct it would be very odorous

Very convenient location, everything is nearby. Room is clean.
Very small room. I had a single room and the room size about two twin bed size and bathroom size is half of a twin bed size. If you consider yourself big, maybe this is not the place for you. Waiting for the elevator can be a pain, it can only take 4-5 people at a time.

Staff were friendly and accomodating, especially Lucky who was very helpful to answer our questions and assist. The hotel was also very close to the MTR, shopping, dining, etc. We highly recommend this hotel to travellers in hongkong. We will definitely consider this hotel if we get a chance to go back to Hongkong in the future.
I think the elevators are a bit small and it takes a while before you can go back to your room. The wait time can be a problem sometimes.

The Location is good, the room are small but clean (except the bed cover), we ask them to changed, they said it was changed, but we both, don;t agree, it smelled like someone sleeped there before).
The used Bedcover ! You have to wait very long to come to your room, because there is only one lift !!! For 16 floors ! The longest time we wait, was around 10 Minutes, because ther was a line before us, with arounr 20 people who was waiting to go to the different Guest Houses. Don't get confused by all this Names Canada Guest House, Australian Guest House, there are all run by Indians. The Manager is not very helpful, my girlfriend had to take her laguage by herself, if you are a man, usually you help ! On the Groundfloor of this "Mansion", there are so many Indians and Pakistanis, you can not go 5 Meters without beeing ask to buy a watch, a Suit or some Drugs, that's really annoying !!! Even the food there is overpriced !!!

It was located at the perfect place from where you have access to all the amenities.
There is a long waiting at the elevators to go to 16th floor. Also, I booked the room with double bed but I got a room with twin bed which was useless and uncomfortable for me. There was no dustbin in the room and no proper tv channels. It was quite expensive I.E. hkd 500 per night. Other guest houses are available for as low as hkd 150.
